Please be sure to bring along a current copy of your pet's vaccine records from a licensed veterinarian showing proof that they have had their rabies, distemper and bordetella boosters as well as a heartworm test, heartworm, flea and tick prevention within the last 12 months. (Puppies under 6 months can play before being vaccinated for rabies).

Have your human read, complete and sign our enrollment, profile, rules and regulations and client agreement. The following forms can be downloaded from this web site and may be faxed backed to us, or bring them in—Enrollment Forms

Evaluation

To insure your pet's compatibility with the group we will schedule an evaluation prior to the first day of play. There is a $15.00 non-refundable fee that will be applied toward the first Play Day.

Late pick up

$10.00 will be charged each 15 minutes past closing.
